How do I take part in this promotion?

To take part in this promotion, simply Buy 2 or more qualifying Hisense products from participating retailers between 15 May 2024 and 25 June 2024 (inclusive) and submit your claim online between 10 July 2024 and 06 August 2024 (inclusive). Purchases can be made from different retailers on separate dates but must have been placed within the Purchase Period.

The promotion is open to residents of the UK who are aged eighteen (18) or over. Full T&Cs apply.

When am I able to submit my claim?

Claims can only be made online by completing the Claim Form which will be made available at https://2024tvcashback.hisensepromotions.co.uk/ during the period 10 July 2024 and 06 August 2024 (the "Promotion Claim Period"). You must wait for the Promotion Claim Period to commence before submitting the Claim Form. Prior to the claim period opening, you can register your email address to be sent a reminder for when the claim window is open.

How many times can I claim?

Y3.3. Claims Forms must comply with the following requirements:

  • there is a limit of one claim per household;
  • each Claim Form must include at least two (but no more than ten) different Qualifying Products;
  • each purchase of a Qualifying Product can only be included on one Claim Form; and
  • all Qualifying Products included on any one Claim Form must be different Qualifying Products.
Is my product eligible for this promotion?

In order to be eligible for a Reward the total value of the Qualifying Products on each Claim Form ("Total Spend") must amount to at least £750. The value of the Reward will depend on the Total Spend as follows:

What can I use as my proof of purchase and what should it show?

Proof of purchase must be in the form of a copy of a valid receipt for the purchase of a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Purchase Period and must include Participating Retailer name, Qualifying Product model code or name, date of purchase, and purchase price.

How do I upload my proof of purchase?

Simply screenshot your invoice or order confirmation email, making sure the following information is clearly visible:

  • What you bought
  • Where you bought it
  • Date of purchase
  • Price you paid

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.

The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?

If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:

If you're using a Windows PC

  • Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it.
  • Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.
  • Select Resize.
  • Select M Best for emails and messages.
  • Give the file a name you'll remember and click
  • Save.

You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're using a Mac You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac. When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.

Where can I find my serial number?

You can usually find your serial number on a sticker on the back of your device.

I've just submitted a claim. What happens next?

We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received your claim.

When will I get my cashback reward?

The Reward will be paid by bank transfer or by Revolut transfer, within twenty eight (28) days or verification of the claim. You will be required to provide your bank account details or Revolut account details to receive the Reward.

How do I find my Claim Reference?

Don't worry if you missed it. We also include your Claim Reference in any email updates we send you about your claim. If you're having trouble finding your emails, check your junk folder.
